Rita Viana

Rita is a web and graphic designer whose background in social services could not snooze her passion for design. This quite rare and unique trajectory created the perfect recipe for a quite unique marketing headliner that combines a true understanding of people with a sharp understanding of how can design make the most out of each individual company and business.  

After years freelancing and architecting her own agency with an impressive roster of clients across the art and music scene, she’s learned how to translate culture into strategies that feel alive, relevant, and chef’s kiss rebellious.  

Drawn to anything cool and edgy, she designs and operates with instinct, intention, and an ear tuned to house, techno, and drum & bass—because rhythm, like good design, is all about timing.

Forever a downtown girl, she thrives where fashion, music, tourism, and wine intersect— industries built on experience, mood, and storytelling. Her superpower lies in seeing what others overlook, pulling new nuances from familiar spaces, and reframing them through a fresh, unapologetic lens. Thoughtful but never precious, bold without being loud, she brings perspective, depth, and a sharp creative edge to everything she touches.

Genoveva Valente

She’s a web designer and developer with 5 years of experience building digital experiences that actually work—and look good doing it. Having spent years freelancing for heavyweight agencies and international clients, she’s fluent in high expectations, tight deadlines, and solving problems before they become meetings. Equal parts engineer and neat GDPR, she thrives on clean systems, elegant designs, and the quiet satisfaction of things lining up exactly as they should. Laser cut precision is her comfort zone, but she’s never afraid to inject a little fun.

Off the screen, she’s a vocal ambassador for women in tech, championing visibility, equity, and the next generation of creators who refuse to ask for permission. She also has a serious soft spot for Pop Funko figures—tiny figures with big personalities—and a brand-new puppy who has completely stolen her heart (and her sleep schedule).

Sharp, playful, and unapologetically skilled, she proves that technical excellence and personality aren’t opposites—they’re a killer combo.

Tiago Castro

Tiago is marketing and sales professional forged in scale, having spent 13 years helping grow a retail e-unicorn after having taken the reins as global brand manager for a boldly pink wine brand. He takes pride in being someone who understands both the poetry and the profit of building and developing brands, as his eyes light up just as much for sharp storytelling as they do for shining bucks—and he’s exceptionally good at making sure the two meet in the middle.

A devoted disciple of mid-century modern and Bauhaus, Tiago hoards in  up-cycling furniture with the same care he applies to brand strategy: purposeful, clean, and built to last.

A forever disciple of Kipling’s If (yes, knows it by heart), he proudly flashes a  wardrobe that exclusively navigates between navy blue, white and grey, and maintains a curated collection of double-breasted blazers that would make a Savile Row tailor nod in approval for his take oldschool being the new-cool.

Forever polished, quietly obsessive, and deeply in love with his two English bulldog companions, he stands for the ideal that discipline, taste, and a little edge never go out of style.

Marcos Boaventura

Marcos is graphic designer who carries 15 years of experience on his belt, time in which he perfected the arts of sharpening ideas, pushing pixels and convincing all around him that Helvetica is never just a font—it’s an absolute icon. With multiple years spent teaching both design and marketing, he’s as comfortable breaking down complex concepts as he is breaking the rules that no longer serve good design. Driven by innovation and deeply curious about everything marketing, he sits at the intersection of craft and code, chaos and order, and always testing what’s next while rarely settling for what’s safe.

Beyond the screens, design tables and keyboards, he’s a natural ambassador for community development, championing collaboration, mentorship, and creative ecosystems that actually give back, moreover if it involves yellow duck toys (private joke for now but he’ll be more than happy to explain at a later stage).

At home, he’s also the proud co-director of a four-year-old son—an arrangement that has further refined his skills in patience, storytelling, and negotiating with tiny but formidable humans. Sharp, thoughtful, and a master in intertwining chaos with order, he designs with purpose, mentors with conviction, and still believes that great design can change the world (or at least make it look and feel better).
